摘要：The year 2017 was a remarkable year. The growth in total global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions resumed in 2017 at an annual rate of 1.3%, reaching 50.9 gigatonnes of CO2 equivalent1 (Gt CO2 eq) after two years of virtually no growth (0.2% in 2015 and 0.6% in 2016) (Figure S.1).
